1. Enrolment and Bookings
Enrolment Process: All parents must complete an enrolment form and provide accurate details about their child.
Vacation Care Bookings: Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed upon payment.
Changes to Bookings: Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks in advance to the changes occurring, including termination of enrolment.
2. Fees and Payments
Payment Terms: Fees are to be paid weekly.
Late/Declined Fee Payments: Fees apply if payments are not received on time, by the service and the direct debit company.
3. Attendance and Supervision
Sign-In/Sign-Out: Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised guardian.
Late Pick-Up: A late fee will apply for pick-ups after closing time.
Absences: Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.
4. Safety and Behaviour
Code of Conduct: Children are expected to follow our behaviour guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Discipline Policy: We use positive guidance techniques; however, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for repeated or severe behavioural issues.
Allergies and Medical Conditions: Parents must inform us of any medical needs and provide necessary action plans.
5. Liability
Responsibility: VIPs Club House takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your child. However, we are not liable for injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
6. Changes to Terms
VIPs Club House reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated via email and our website.
