VIPs Club House is a family-owned & operated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service with over 20 years of experience. We provide Before & After School Care and Vacation Care for children aged 6-12 years, focusing on safety, inclusivity, and fun.

• After School Care: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Vacation Care: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

You can enrol your child by:

1. Visit us at the centre to collect an enrolment or email us for more information
2. Completing the form and submit it in person.
3. We’ll confirm your enrolment and provide additional details

Absolutely! We welcome families to tour our facilities, meet our educators, and see our programs in action.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you’ll be late. Late pick-up fees may apply if children are collected after closing time.

• Before School: Nutritious breakfast, calming or energising activities, and preparation for school.
• After School: Afternoon tea, homework support, creative activities, and outdoor play.

Yes! We provide:

• Before School: Nutritious breakfast and morning tea.
• After School: Healthy afternoon snacks.

We accommodate dietary requirements.

Children are encouraged to choose activities that match their interests.

Our Vacation Care offers:

• Activity Days: Arts, crafts, sports, and games.
• Incursions: Special guests and themed workshops.
• Excursions: Trips to places like the movies, bowling, museum and roller skating.

Bookings can be made by:

1. Collecting an enrolment form in person from the service
2. Submitting at the service in person.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended!

Please pack:

• A hat for outdoor play.
• A water bottle.
• A piece of fruit to share.
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

We adhere to National Quality Standards and Western Australian regulations. Safety measures include:

• Regular safety drills and inspections.
• Qualified staff with up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Secure facilities and clear child protection policies.

We have procedures in place to manage allergies and medical conditions. Please provide us with your child’s medical action plan and any necessary medications upon enrolment.

We maintain a staff-to-child ratio that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements:

• 1:10 for in-centre activities.
• 1:10 for excursions and outings.

Our fees vary based on the program:

• Before & After School Care: $75.00 per session.
• Before School Care: $37.00 per session.
• After School Care: $43.00 per session.
• Vacation Care: $115.00 per day. (centre based)
• Vacation Care: $130.00 per day (excursions)

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is available to eligible families.

  Invoices are issued weekly, and receipts are provided for all payments.
