Our enrolment process is designed to be simple and straightforward, ensuring you have all the information and support you need. We offer Before & After School Care and Vacation Care for children aged 6-12 years.
How to Enrol

Collect the Enrolment Form in person
Please call in to the centre, collect an enrolment form and tour the centre. This form gathers essential details about your child, including emergency contacts, medical information, and special requirements

Complete the Form
Fill out all required fields accurately. Be sure to include:
Your child’s personal information
Emergency contact details
Any medical conditions or allergies
Special needs or additional requirements (if applicable).

Submit the Form
Submit the completed form by: In Person: Drop off the form at our centre during operating hours, including all relevant documentation. (Relevant documentation may be emailed)

Confirmation and Orientation
Once we receive your form, we will: Confirm your enrolment and provide any additional details. Schedule a welcome orientation for you and your child. This orientation includes:
A tour of our facilities.
Meeting our educators.
An overview of our daily routines and policies
An opportunity to ask any questions
Required Documents
Please provide the following documents with your enrolment form: Proof of Identity (e.g., birth certificate or passport). Immunisation Records. Medical Action Plan (if applicable, e.g., for allergies or asthma).
Fees and Payment Information
Fee Structure
Before School Care:$37.00 per session. After School Care: $43.00 per session. Before & After School Care: $75.00 per day. Vacation Care:(centre based):$115.00 per day. Vacation Care: (excursions):$130.00 per day.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Direct Debits Invoices are issued weekly, and payments are due as per the terms outlined during enrolment.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Eligible families can apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help reduce the cost of care. If you need assistance with your CCS application, please let us know.
